ORDER
3. When the matter was posted before this Court on 08.02.2024, the following interim order was passed.
Re-list on 01.03.2024.
Liberty is reserved in favour of respondents to seek vacation / modification of this order."
5. It is brought to my notice, that the application in AA No.15002/2024 is posted before the trial Court on 15.03.2024 and the respondents would file their statement of objections and contest IA No.1 on that day.
7. It is further directed that, till disposal of IA No.1 by the trial Court in AA No.15002/2024, the interim order dated 08.02.2024 will remain in force and operate between the parties. However, it is made clear that the trial Court shall consider and dispose of IA No.1 without being influenced by findings and observations, if any, in the interim order dated 08.02.2024 or in the present order.
Petition is accordingly disposed of.
