5. Due to the said accident deceased Chandrakanth. K. sustained grievous injuries all over the body and he was immediately shifted to KMC Hospital for treatment,. He was inpatient upto 09.07.2011, but despite sincere efforts of the doctor he succumbed to the injuries. The claimant spent huge amount towards medical and treatment of her son deceased Chandrakanth. K.
7. On service of notice, respondent Nos.1 and 2 entered appearance and filed their respective objections. Respondent No.1 – Owner of the offending vehicle denied the age, occupation and income of the deceased, but he contended that the compensation claimed is highly excessive, exorbitant and wit
