JUDGMENT
This appeal is preferred by the claimants aggrieved by the judgment and award dated 21.01.2014, passed by the II Addl. Senior Civil Judge and MACT, Mangalore, DK (hereinafter referred to as the Tribunal) in MVC No.823/2012. This appeal is premised on the ground of inadequate and meager compensation awarded by the Tribunal.
2. Though this matter is listed for Admission, with consent of both the learned counsels, matter is taken up for final disposal.
3. Parties to the appeal shall be referred to as per their status before the Tribunal.
