ORDER

The petitioner has challenged the judgment of conviction dated 10.02.2011 passed by the J.M.F.C. Molakalmuru (henceforth referred to as 'Trial Court' for short) in C.C.No.86/2007, convicting him for the offences punishable under Sections 279 and 304A of IPC and sentence to undergo simple imprisonment for six months for the offence punishable under Section 279 of IPC and to undergo simple imprisonment for one year along with fine of Rs.2,000/- for the offence punishable under Section 304A of IPC. The petitioner has also challenged the judgment dated 01.04.2014 passed by the Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Chitradurga (henceforth referred to as 'Appellate Court' for short) in Crl.A.No.1
