JUDGMENT
2. Heard the learned Counsel for the appellant and also perused the material available on record.
4. In the said proceedings, the respondent entered appearance and filed her statement of objections denying the allegations made in the petition. To substantiate his case, the appellant himself got examined as PW-1 and exhibited 85 documents as Exs.P-1 to P-85 in support of his case. Whereas, the respondent got herself examined as RW-1 and got marked 7 documents as Exs.R-1 to R-7. The Family Court vide the impugned judgment and decree dated 21.10.2014, dismissed the petition filed by the appellant under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Act. Being aggrieved by the same, the appellant-husband has preferred this appeal.
