JUDGMENT
This Miscellaneous First Appeal is filed under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act , 1984, against the judgment and decree dated 21.10.2014 passed by the Judge, Addl. Family Court, Mysuru, in M.C.No.104/2009, wherein the petition filed by the appellant-husband under Section 13(1)(ia) of the Hindu Marriage Act , 1955 (for short, 'the Act') seeking dissolution of his marriage has been dismissed.
