ORDER

1. In this petition the petitioners seek following relief:

“Issue a writ of mandamus, order or direction directing the V Additional City Civil and Sessions Judge at Bengaluru (CCH-13) to dispose IA No. 1/2023, under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 R/w Section 151 of the CPC, (Annexure-B) and IA No. 2/2023, Under Order XXXIX Rules 1 and 2 R/w Section 151 of CPC, (Annexure-C) filed by the petitioner in O.S. No. 6090/2023 within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Hon’ble Court by allowing this writ petition and consequently direct the respondents No.19, 22 to 24 not to change the nature of the `B’ schedule properties till disposal of IA No. 1 and IA No. 2 in O.S. No.

6090/2023.”

2. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed applications, I.A. Nos. 1 and 2, for temporary injunction as long back as 19.09.2023 and the delay in disposal of the said applications is causing irreparable injury and hardship.
