“Issue a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to mention the name of petitioner as Yallubai Tatoba Danawadkar Urf Yallu W/o Siddaraya Sannakki in the record of rights pertaining to the land measuring 1 acre 37 guntas in RS No.52/1 of Hosur village in Terdal Hobali of Rabakavi Banahatti taluk, forthwith as per requested representation dt.1/7/22 vide Annexure-E;

2. The petitioner herein got married to one Siddaraya Sannakki on 06.01.1993. On 12.07.2021, mutation was effected in the name of the petitioner in CTS No.4092 mentioning the name of the petitioner as Yallubai Tatoba Danawadkar Urf Yallu w/o Siddaraya Sannakki. On 01.07.2022, the petitioner submitted a representation to respondent No.1 requesting him to direct the 2nd respondent to enter both her original name i.e. Yallubai Tatoba Danawadkar as well as her marital name i.e. Yallu w/o Siddaraya Sannakki in the record of rights.
