ORDER
The petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 are before this Court seeking grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.227/2022 of Thilaknagar Police Station, pending in the Court of 37th Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 384, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'IPC'), on the basis of the first information lodged by the informant – Sri. Vinod B.
2. Heard Sri. Tigadi Veranna Gadigeppa, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Sri. Rahul Rai K., learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondent-State. Perused the materials on record.
