Learned counsel for the complainant on going

through the orders passed by accused No.2-Authority

submits that the cancellation order dated 12.12.2006

referred to at Reference No.1 in the endorsement dated

30.12.2021 is not communicated to the complainant though

the cancellation order is passed on 12.12.2006. It is

submitted that even in the writ petition before the learned

Single Judge, the said fact was not brought to the notice of

the Court.
