Heard Sri Ravishankar S. learned counsel for the

petitioner and Sri. Neglur Aravind, learned counsel for the

respondents. Perused the writ petition papers.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that

petitioner is before this Court challenging the impugned

endorsement

(Annexure-E)

bearing

No.Sani(Sa)/P.R/

201/2022-23 dated 15.09.2022, wherein the respondent-

BBMP has informed the petitioner that since death has

taken place outside the jurisdiction of BBMP, it would not

be in a position to issue death certificate in respect of one

Late Kamalamma, wife of the petitioner. The petitioner

has also made a prayer to direct the 2nd respondent to

issue Non-Availability Certificate in Form No.10 referring to

the date of death of Kamalamma as 30.05.2012. Learned

counsel for the petitioner would submit that for the

present he would not press the prayer for quashing of

endorsement (Annexure-E) dated 15.09.2022. However,

he insists for a direction as sought at prayer 2. Learned
