ORDER

Learned counsel Sri S.Rajashekar for Petitioner Nos.1-27 and 30-107 along with learned counsel Sri A.Syed Habeeb for Petitioner Nos.28, 29 and 108 are on record.

2. Learned HCGP Sri Gopalakrishna Soodi for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and learned counsel Sri Girish G.N. for respondent No.4 are present before the Court physically.

3. Whereas in the previous order dated 24.02.2022 it is observed that “Sri Jayakumar S.Patil, learned senior counsel for respondent No.4 submits that the issue involved in this petition is no longer res integra as the same is adjudicated by a Division Bench of this Court sitting at Kalaburagi Bench in W.A.No.200089/2015 and connected matters disposed of on 09.06.2016.”

4. Whereas in this writ petition seeking intervention by considering the grounds as urged based upon various documents/annexures which has been produced. In the brief facts of this writ petition, it is submitted that in 1956 i.e., during re-organisation of states, there was lack of facilities for providing higher education in the field of engineering and medicine, in Hyderabad-Karnataka region. The Hyderabad Karnataka Education Society was formed as early as 1957-58. These are all the contentions
