ORDER
The petitioner has challenged the impugned order at Annexure - C dated 20.02.2023, passed by the passed by the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Shivamogga Sub-Division, Shivamogga, in exterminating the petitioner from the limits of Shivamogga District to Bidar District for a period of one year from 20.2.2023 to 20.2.2024.
2. Heard the arguments of Sri.Mahesh Kumar K.M. learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the State. Perused the records.
3. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the entire order of Annexure-C did not point out any material against the petitioner that soon before the impugned order his involvement in any of the activities which affected the law and order and is dangerous to the society. Out of nine cases, sex cases have been filed under Sections 107 of Cr.P.C. and five of them have already bond over and one is pending under observation in Crime No.4/2022 of Kote Police Station. Out of three cases filed for IPC offences one case has been ended in acquittal, one case is under investigation and in one case the petitioner was convicted and he was under incarceration, released on bail.
