ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGA for respondent Nos.1 to 3.
2. The petitioner was discharging duties as a Village Accountant in Telagi Circle, Harapanahalli Taluk and thereafter by order dated 24.09.2018, came to be transferred to Ramagondanahalli Circle, Davanagere and while discharging his duties in the said post, Anti Corruption Bureau conducted a raid on respondent No.4 and respondent No.4 was caught red handed and thereafter, she was transferred to the post of the petitioner and the petitioner to the post held by her. This came to be questioned by the petitioner. The said application was resisted by the learned Government Advocate and the learned counsel for respondent No.4. In fact, it has been alleged that the petitioner is also facing charges for having demanded and accepted illegal gratification from a widow under the National Family Financial Assistant Scheme and a case has been registered and is pending before the Special Court for Lokayuktha i.e., the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Davanagere.
