ORDER
The petitioners are before this Court, seeking the following prayers:
"i. Quash by issuance of Writ in the nature of certiorari or any other Writ the impugned Notice dated 28/08/2023 under Section 13(2) bearing Ref No.OR/21311/9406/2023 vide Annexure-C andPossession Notice dated 2501/2024under Section 13(4) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 r/w. 8(1) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002, vide Annexure-D issued by the Respondent Bank.
ii. Grant such other reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the interests of Justice and Equity."
2. Heard Sri. Krishna S. Vyas, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, Smt. K.V. Harshitha Raj, learned counsel appearing for the caveator/respondent and have perused the material on record.
3. Learned counsel appearing for the Bank would submit that the sale has already taken place and sale certificate is issued in favour of the auction purchaser.
