ORDER

This petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., praying to release the petitioners on anticipatory bail in Crime No.177/2023 of Vijayanagara Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 120B, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC.

2. Heard the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned High Court Government Pleader for the State and perused the material on record.

3. The complainant by name Narasihmha Murthy.

N. filed a private complaint under Section 200 of Cr.P.C.

on the file of 24th Additional CMM Court at Bangalore, against the petitioners alleging offences punishable under Section 120B, 420, 465, 468 and 471 of IPC. The said complaint was referred to police under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C. on the basis of which the aforementioned crime was registered.

4. The gist of the complaint averments are that, the complainant is the president of Telecom Employees and Others Housing Welfare Trust (R), involved in buying lands in the name of the company and after developing it and taking legal permission, selling the same to the employees of the trust and to the public.
