ORDER

This petition by the applicant in AA No.15002/2024, is directed against the impugned order dated 31.01.2024, whereby the trial Court declined to grant ad-interim exparte order of temporary injunction on IA No.1 and directed issuance of notice to the respondents No.1 to 3. 2. Heard on both sides.

3. When the matter was posted before this Court on

08.02.2024, the following interim order was passed.

"Issue emergent notice to the respondents returnable by 01.03.2024. In the meanwhile, parties are directed to maintain status-quo as regards alienation, encumbrance or creation of any third party rights as well as the revenue records in relation to the suit schedule property till the next date of hearing.

Re-list on 01.03.2024.

Office objections to be complied with by then.

Liberty is reserved in favour of respondents to seek vacation / modification of this order."

4. The aforesaid interim order continues to subsist and remain in force and operate between the parties even till today.

5. It is brought to my notice, that the application in AA No.15002/2024 is posted before the trial Court on 15.03.2024 and the respondents would file their statement of objections and contest IA No.1 on that day.
