ORAL JUDGMENT
2. This miscellaneous first appeal is filed praying this Court to set aside the order dated 27.09.2024 passed by the XII Additional City Civil Judge, Bengaluru (CCH-7) in dismissing I.A.No.1 filed under Order 39 Rules 1 and 2 of CPC in O.S.No.4575/2024 filed by the appellants/plaintiffs and consequently to allow the said I.A. filed by the appellants.
