O R D E R

In this writ petition, the petitioner is assailing the Property Card bearing AI No.5511 dated 04.10.1976 (Annexure-A) issued by the respondent No.2 in favour of the respondent No.3 interalia seeking review of the order dated 24.01.2023 passed in W.P.No.24790 of 2022 (Annexure-B) and sought for direction to respondent Nos.1 ,2 and 6 to survey the land in question and to fix the boundaries in respect of the subject land belonging to the petitioner.

It is the case of the petitioner that, the Government of Mysore had granted four acres of land in CTS No.1094 at Cannught Road, Cubbon Lane, Bilekahalli village, Bangalore North in favour of one late Subedar Paul Sabastian. It is stated that the said land was granted pursuant to the Official Memorandum dated 07.05.1954 (Annexure-D) in favour of the said Subedar Paul Sabastian as per the recommendation made by the then Revenue Commissioner. It is the case of the petitioner that, after the death of Subedar Paul Sabastian, the petitioner and his siblings are in possession of the land in question.
