ORDER
The petitioner, who asserts ownership to the properties bearing Khata No.7/1/117, Khata No.14/1/118, Khata No.13/1/118, Khata No.11/118 and Khata No.12/1/118 of Rachenahalli Village, K.R.Puram Hobli, Bengaluru East Taluk [the subject properties], is aggrieved by the second respondent's Endorsement dated 23.02.2024 [Annexure-A]. The second respondent, in issuing the impugned Endorsement, has acknowledged that the petitioner has paid the improvement expenses corresponding to each of the subject properties and that he would be entitled for the benefit of the revenue entries for the subject properties only upon paying the difference in amounts as mentioned below.
