O R D E R

Petitioner was admitted to Respondent No.3/

Kempegowda Institute of Medical Sciences ('KIMS' for short) in the year 2017 to pursue MBBS course. During the admission, the petitioner handed over the original Marks Cards of SSLC and PUC to the 3rd respondent college. Petitioner paid Rs.74,50,000/- as entire course fee to the 3rd respondent college. It is the case of the petitioner that she has attended all the examinations conducted by the 1st respondent University and completed the MBBS course so also the internship. The completion of course certificate dated 29.4.2023 is produced before the Court. This being the state of affairs, now the respondents are not returning the original Marks Cards produced by the petitioner at the time of admission i.e., SSLC and PUC Marks Cards and refusing to issue provisional Degree certificate and all the original marks cards of MBBS course. The petitioner is in urgent need of these documents in order to pursue higher studies and attend PG NEET examination. Hence this petition.
