ORAL ORDER
1. Accused No.3 is before this Court under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail in Crime No.25/2024 registered by Robertsonpet Police Station, KGF for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 306 and 34 of IPC.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
3. FIR in Crime No.25/2024 was registered by Robertsonpet Police Station, KGF, for the aforesaid offences against Selvi and two others on the basis of the first information received from Rajakumari, the elder sister of deceased Thamil Selvi. Apprehending arrest in the said case, petitioner had filed Crl.Misc.No.427/2024 before the Court of III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kolar (sitting at KGF), which was dismissed on 30.05.2024. Therefore, she is before this Court.
4. The material on record would go to show that the marriage of the deceased Thamil Selvi with Rajan, who is the son of accused No.1 and brother of accused Nos.2 and 3 was solemnized on 17.09.2023. The allegation in the first information is that after marriage, though Rajan was taking care of his wife, accused Nos.1 to 3, who are the mother and married sisters of Rajan were abusing Thamil Selvi in her matrimonial house
