ORAL ORDER

Petitioner being the son of respondent is before this Court being aggrieved by the order dated 21.12.2018 passed by the Assistant Commissioner in case No.MSC/CR/79(A)2017-18 in and by which petitioner-son has been directed to pay Rs.5,000/- per month towards monthly maintenance of respondent-father. Further stated in the event of petitioner-son failing to make the payment, warrant against the petitioner would be issued by implementation of the order.

2. Today, petitioner-son and respondent have filed compromise petition under Order 23 Rule 3 read with Section 151 CPC which reads as under:

The petitioner and respondent most respectfully submits as follows:

1. It is submitted that the petitioner had filed the above writ petition challenging the order passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Bangalore North under the Senior Citizens Action Case No.MSC/CR/79(A)/2017-18 dated 21/12/2018.

2. It is submitted that due to the intervention of the elders and well-wishers the petitioner and respondent have settled the matter among themselves for the amount of Rs.6,50,000/-.

3. It is submitted that both the petitioner and respondent states that they have no claims against each other either in
