2. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.
4. Learned Senior Counsel appearing for accused no.1 submits that the alleged offences are compoundable and triable by the Court of Magistrate and the maximum punishment for the said offences is imprisonment for seven years. Accused no.1 is a cine star and she has got deep roots in the society, and therefore, there cannot be any apprehension that she may flee away from justice. She has cooperated with the Investigation Officer in the present case. There is no compliance of Section 50A of Cr.PC since grounds of arrest was not served on the relatives and friends of the accused at the time of her arrest.
