2. Heard Sri M H Sudhir Kumar Murolli, learned counsel appearing for petitioner and Sri Venkatanarayan, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2.
4. In the light of the admitted fact that disputed amount is Rs.23,000/-, I deem it appropriate to direct the 1st respondent Bank to mark a lien upon the said amount of Rs.23,000/- and permit normal operation of the account of the petitioner, as it was being operated prior to the date of freezement. After such marking of lien, the account of the petitioner shall be defrozen forthwith. Petition stands disposed accordingly.
