CAV ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court calling in question proceedings in C.C.No.3218 of 2021 pending before the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru, arising out of Crime No.60 of 2016 registered for offences punishable under Sections 465 and 468 of the IPC and Sections 66 and 66D of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Act’ for short).
2. Heard Sri Kiran S.Javali, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, Sri B.N. Jagadeesha, learned Additional State Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1 and Sri M.S. Shyam Sundar, learned senior counsel appearing for respondent No.2.
