ORAL ORDER

The petitioner has sought for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to direct Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation at Annexure-E for issuance of 11-E khatha.

2. During the pendency of the proceedings, the counsel appearing for the Respondent-Panchayath has produced along with memo, a endorsement dated 09.04.2025 detailing reasons for not considering request of the petitioner.

3. In light of the detailed endorsement issued, the question of issuing writ of mandamus would not arise and the petition is disposed off, taking note of the endorsement issued reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said endorsement, in accordance with law.

All contentions are kept open.
