ORDER
This petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.5, 6, 8 and 9 under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying to quashing the charge sheet in C.C.No.32/2020 arising out of FIR No.116/2019 registered by the Huliyur Durga Police Station in Tumkur District and charge sheeted for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 323, 354, 427, 506 and 149 of IPC.
2. Learned HCGP accepts notice for the 1st respondent.
3. Notice to 2nd respondent is dispensed with.
4. The case of the prosecution is that on the complaint of 2nd respondent, Police registered FIR for the above said offences. It is alleged by her that on 02.07.2019 when she was near the house, these petitioners along with accused Nos.1 to 5 formed unlawful assembly with an intention to assault for commission of offence. Accused No.1 came and dragged the saree of the complainant and another accused Bora tried to squeeze the neck and Ramanna, Rajanna, Mariyappa along with these petitioners Chandramma, Sarojamma, Mangalamma and Manchamma were all holding stones and sword in their hands and tried to commit the offence.
