2. The present petition is filed seeking issuance of mandamus directing the respondent to reverse the sale that is stated to have been conducted by the respondent and issuance of writ of mandamus is also sought to direct the respondent to consider the legal notice served to the respondent dated 08.09.2024. Further direction is sought for a direction against the respondent not to issue any sale certificate or sale deed.
