This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused No.3 under

Section 439 of Cr.P.C., for granting regular bail in Crime

No.7/2022 registered by Sankeshwar Police Station, Belagavi

District and charge sheeted for the offences punishable under

Sections 120B, 302, 451 read with Section 34 of the Indian

Penal Code, 1860 and Section 3, 25(1B)(a) of the Indian Arms

Act, 1959.

Heard the arguments of learned counsel for the

petitioner and learned High Court Government Pleader for the

respondent-State.

The case of the prosecution is that complainant-

Shivanand who is the sister's son of the deceased-Shailaja filed

a complaint to the Police on 16.01.2022 alleging that the said

Shailaja said to be lending money to the public on interest.

Accordingly, she lent Rs.25,00,000/- to accused No.1 on

10.01.2022.

The

complainant

along

with

his

brother-

Doddagouda were staying along with her and they both were

staying in the shop which is in the ground floor and the

deceased-Shailaja was staying in the first floor. The deceased

used to take help of the complainant as and when required and

on the earlier date of incident i.e., on 15.01.2022, the

deceased said to have informed the complaina
