3 is present before the Court physically.

In this writ petition the petitioner is seeking writ in the nature of certiorari to quash the proceedings pending before the Land Grabbing Special Court in LGC(G) No.880/2018 dated 10.04.2018 for the offence punishable under Section 4(3) of the Karnataka Land Grabbing Prohibition Act, 2011 as per Annexure-B and so also, to quash the order of summons dated 11.6.2018 in LGC(G) No.880/2018 as per Annexure-C. Further, to declare the provisions of the Karnataka Land Grabbing Prohibition Act as unconstitutional and ultra vires to the provision of Section 482 of Cr.P.C. as per Annexure-A. It is also urged in the grounds that the provisions of Karnataka Land Grabbing Prohibition Act, 2011 is unreasonable, discriminatory and violative of Articles 14, 20, 21 and 300-

A of Constitution of India.
