O R D E R

Heard Sri. C. Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri. Vinayaka V.S., learned High Court Government Pleader for the respondent-State. Respondent No.2 is served and he has engaged the services of Sri. Muniraju, learned counsel for respondent No.2, called out, absent.

2. Present petition is filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.

with the following prayer:

“Wherefore, the petitioner most respectfully prays that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to allow the petition and enlarge him on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest by the respondent police in Crime No.0244/2022 of Kadugondana Halli Police Station, pending on the file of Addl. City Civil and Session Judge FTSC-III Bangalore, for the offences punishable under Sections 376, 506 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, in the interest of justice."
