Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned AGA for respondent – State.

2. Petitioner is a Trust, under the name and style ‘Universal Educational Trust’. It is running an educational institution in the name and style ‘IQRA International School’ with British Curriculum Accredation. It is contended that it has obtained the approval from Edexcel (Pearson), which is also approved by Association of Indian Universities vide letter dated

10.01.2019, as per Annexure-B.

3. Accreditation for academic year academic course to State and Central Boards was given by way of notification No.16/2019 dated 22.02.2019, as per Annexure-C by the National Institute of open Schooling. The Edexcel (Pearson) was given the equivalence by Association of Indian Universities.

4. It is also contended that National Institute of Open Schooling (An Autonomous Institution Under Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India, which has issued to the petitioner School as approval Centre certificate dated

21.10.2019, as per Annexure-D.
