ORDER
The petitioners-accused Nos.1 and 2 have filed this successive bail petition under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. for enlarging them on bail in Bannur Police Station in Crime No.117/2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 324, 307 and 114 read with Section 34 of IPC.
2. The brief factual matrix leading to the case are that on 29.04.2022 at about 8.30 p.m. the complainant had been to Balaji Bar and Restaurant along with his two friends. It is alleged that at that time the present petitioners along with other two persons entered the bar and restaurant and with prior animosity attacked the complainant. It is also alleged that the complainant was assaulted by long on his head and other parts of the body and they dragged him out and again assaulted with broken glass piece and kicked him indiscriminately, as a result he has suffered grievous injuries. Later on he was shifted to hospital and a complaint was lodged. On the basis of the complaint, crime came to be registered. After completion of investigation, Investigating Officer has submitted the charge sheet also. Petitioners were arrested and remanded to Judicial custody.
