This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused Nos.1,

2 and 3 under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., for quashing the

entire criminal proceedings in Cr.No.141/2020 of Jaya

Prakash Nagar police station, pending on the file of the IV

A.C.M.M. at Bengaluru.

Heard the arguments of learned counsel for the

petitioner and learned High Court Government Pleader for

the respondent-State.

During the pendency of this petition, petitioner

No.1 and respondent No.2 have filed joint compromised

application under Section 482 read with 320 (8) of the

Code of Criminal Procedure and also filed joint affidavit for

having settled the dispute among themselves. The

allegation

against

the

petitioner

is

said

to

have

manipulated cheque and cheated the complainant and the

petitioner No.1 said to be the previous director of

M/s.First Agro Tech Produce Pvt. Ltd.,

Learned counsel for respondent identified

respondent No.2 who appeared through video conference

and learned counsel for the petitioners identified petitioner

Nos.1, 2 and 3 appearing through video conference.

5. Upon hearing the arguments and on perusal of

the records, the complaint came to be registered in

respect of private affairs
