This petition is filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking

regular bail of the petitioner/accused No.6 in Crime No.112/2021

of Kempegowda Nagar Police Station, Vishveshwarapuram Sub-

Division, Bengaluru City, for the offence punishable under

Sections 143, 144, 341, 307, 504 and 506 read with Section 149

of IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the

respondent-State.

The

factual

matrix

of

the

case

is

that

the

complainant, who is working as a Courier Boy in Xpressbees, had

gone to hotel near Adarsh College, Chamarajpet to buy food.

After parking his bike in front of the hotel, when he was standing

at the said place, this petitioner along with other accused

persons questioned that, why he has gone to the said place and

abused him. This petitioner, who is accused No.6 hit his head on

a cement tile of a footpath, causing bleeding injuries. Based on

the complaint, the police have registered the case and the

matter is under investigation.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would

submit that, there was no intention to take away the life and the

nature of injuries sustained are simple in nature
