This petition is filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C., seeking
regular bail of the petitioner/accused No.1 in respect of Crime
No.63/2022 registered by Jeevan Bheemanagar Police Station,
Bengaluru City, for an offence punishable under Section 306 of
IPC.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner and the learned High Court Government Pleader
appearing for the respondent-State.

The factual matrix of the case of the prosecution is
that the complainant, who is the mother of the victim. In the
complaint, it is stated that she has performed the marriage of
her daughter eight years ago and the son-in-law passed away
due to jaundice and her daughter was working in Beauty Parlour
at Indiranagar. Then, she came in contact with this petitioner
and both of them loved each other and marriage was performed
on 14.02.2022. It is also alleged in the complaint that he used

to consume alcohol and subjecting her for both mental and
physical harassment and also suspecting her fidelity and making
comment on her second marriage. That on 26.03.2022, the
victim went to her elder sister9s house, wherein also, she has
reiterated with regard to subjecting her for both mental and
physic
