Present petition is filed seeking following reliefs;
"a)
A Writ in the nature of mandamus or any
other
appropriate
writ,
directing
the
Respondents No.1 to 7 to take necessary
action
against
Respondent
No.8
on
violation of Condition of 4, 10 and 11 in
vide
Annexure
-
E
issued
by
the
Respondent No.6 alternatively.
b)
To duly consider the request made by the
petitioner and pass necessary order to
survey the property of Respondent No.8
along
with
schedule
property
and
identified the encroachment of the public
road and released the same to the publics
as per village map of Gopasandra.
c)
Grand such other writ order or direction as
this Hon'ble court may deem fit and
proper under the facts and circumstances
of the case including the award of cost, in
the interest of justice and equity".
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner
and learned AGA for the respondent Nos.1, 2, 4 and 5
and perused the records.

The petitioner claiming to be the absolute
owner of the petition schedule property is seeking
aforesaid reliefs contending that the petition schedule
property is situated adjacent to the property of
respondent No.8, in respect of which plan is
sanctioned
as
per
Annexure-D
