This petition is filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. seeking

regular bail of the petitioner/accused in Crime No.544/2021 of

Madanayakanahally Police Station, Nelamangala Sub-Division,

Bengaluru District, for the offence punishable under Sections

498-A and 306 of IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the

learned High Court Government Pleader appearing for the

respondent-State.

The factual matrix of the case is that the marriage of

the victim was performed along with this petitioner five years

back. That on 13.11.2021, the petitioner along with the

deceased visited the parental house of the deceased to see her

children, who were staying there. That on 14.11.2021, the

victim, her husband as well as the child went to the house of his

sister. At that time, the child was suffering from ill-health and

the deceased requested the petitioner to send them back to

parental house as the medicines were left in the parental house

for which he quarreled with the deceased and did not bring back

the wife and children and dropped them to the parental house.

On the next day at 11.00 a.m., the petitioner had called his wife,
