In this petition, petitioner has sought for the following

reliefs:

a. Issue writ in the nature of mandamus or any other writ

directing the Respondents / Bangalore Development

Authority to issue rectified sale deed, incorporating the

changes as Site No:36, Instead of existing Site No:37,

and with corresponding changes in the boundaries, in

substitution to the sale deed dated 15.02.2001 vide

Annexure – A already issued forthwith to the petitioner,

by considering the representation of the Petitioner

dated 17.12.2019 vide Annexure- B.

b. Pass any other order/s or direction as this Hon’ble

Court deems fit and proper under the facts and

circumstances of the case in the interest of justice and

equity.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned counsel for the respondents and perused the

material on record.

to

reiterating

the

various

contentions urged in the petition and referring to the

documents produced by the petitioner, learned counsel for

the petitioner submits that the petitioner is allottee of site

bearing No.37 described as the petition schedule property

carved out of Sy.No.25 of RMV II Stage Further Extension,
