entrusting enquiry under Rule 14-A of the Karnataka Civil
Services (Classification, Control & Appeal) Rules, 1957 (for

benefits.
Heard Ms. M.L.Suvarna, learned counsel appearing
on behalf of Sri K.Puttegowda, learned counsel for the
petitioners, Sri T.P.Srinivas, learned Principal Government
Advocate for the 1st respondent and Sri Venkatesh S.
Arabatti, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent. Perused
the writ petition papers.
