The petitioners are before this Court calling in question

order dated 27.11.2021 passed by the VII Additional District &

Sessions Judge, Belagavi, sitting at Chikkodi in Criminal

Revision Petition No.5080 of 2021 affirming the order dated

6.9.2021 passed by the Principal Civil Judge and JMFC,

Sankeshwar, rejecting the applications filed by the petitioners

under Section 451 read with Section 457 of the Cr.P.C. for

release of cattle seized.
