The petitioner/accused No.6 has filed this petition

under Section 439(1)(b) of Cr.P.C. seeking modification

of the order dated 09.12.2021 passed in Criminal Petition

No.102291/2021 in respect of appearance before the

investigating officer within 15 days and execute bond and

marking of attendance on every Sunday for a period of

two months by extending time of 15 days for appearance

before investigation officer and relaxation of marking

attendance on every Sunday.

The petitioner/accused No.6 had filed Criminal

Petition No.102291/2021 under Section 438 of Cr.P.C.

seeking anticipatory bail in Hubballi Town Police Station

in Crime No.103/2021 for the offence punishable under

Section 20(b) (ii) of NDPS Act, 1985. This Court vide

order dated 09.12.2021 has allowed the said petition

subject to compliance of the following conditions:

The

petitioner/accused

No.6

shall

execute a personal bond for a sum of

Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One lakh only)

with one surety for the likesum to the

satisfaction

of

the

Investigating

Officer/jurisdictional Court.

(ii)

The

petitioner/accused

No.6

shall

voluntarily

appear

before

the

Investigating Officer within fifteen days

from this day and execute pers
