Petitioners, who are arraigned as accused Nos.3 and

2

have

respectively

filed

Criminal

Petition

Nos.

100589/2022 and 101011/2022 under Section 482 of

Cr.P.C, to quash the criminal proceedings initiated against

them in Crime No.13/2022 for the offences punishable

under Sections 109, 341, 504, 506 r/w. Section 34 of IPC.

Petitioners have contended that respondent

No.2/complainant filed a complaint alleging that on

23.02.2022, at about 4:00 pm, while she was taking her

son to Clinic, two unknown persons aged about 20-25

years stopped her and demanded as to why she is

litigating the matter before the High Court and Supreme

Court against Jagadish Choudary Anna and Anand

Gotadaki Anna. From their talk she suspected that they

belong to a Tiger Gang. The said persons had come on an

un numbered motor bike and that she should be given

protection.

Based

on

the

allegations

made

in

the

complaint, the case in Crime No.13/2022 is registered

against the petitioners.

Petitioners have further contended that alleging

that complaint9s husband i.e., Siddappa Kanamaddi was

assaulted and later he succumbed to the injuries, case in

Crime No.72/2020 was registered and based on the
