Sections 4, 12, 14, 17 and 18 of POCSO Act, pending on

the file of Additional District and Sessions Judge, FTSC-

II (POCSO), D.K., Mangaluru.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner

and the learned HCGP for the Respondent-State.

Perused the records.

The complaint is filed by one Kumari Sujaina

aged about 16 years on 16.02.2022 alleging that, she

has studied up to First PUC and later on she left the

college. It is also alleged that, she came in contact with

one

Ayesha

and

they

became

close

friends,

Subsequently, the complainant came in contact with

Umer Kunyi, Rehamat, Shamina and Siddhique, who

were got introduced to her by said Shamina, and all the

said persons have misused her weak financial positi
