The petitioner is before this Court seeking anticipatory bail
under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. aggrieved by its rejection by the
Principal District and Sessions Judge, Davangere in Crime
No.43 of 2022 registered for offences punishable under Sections
506, 34, 498A, 504 and 323 of the IPC.
2. Heard Sri C.Raju, learned counsel appearing for the
petitioner and Sri R.D. Ranukaradhya, learned High Court
Government Pleader for the respondent.

3. Facts in brief are as follows:-
The petitioner and one Smt. G. Chaitra got married on
15.05.2015. On the relationship turning sore, a complaint is
registered on 5-03-2022 by the complainant alleging harassment
both physical and mental by the petitioner and his family
members. That the complaint results in registration of crime in
Crime No.43 of 2022 for offences punishable under Sections
506, 34, 498A, 504 and 323 of the IPC. On registration of crime,
the petitioner and his parents filed an application before the
learned Sessions Judge under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. seeking
anticipatory bail in Criminal Miscellaneous No.253 of 2022. The
