This petition is filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C seeking

regular bail by accused Nos.1 to 4 in crime No.130/2022 of

Rattihalli police station registered for offence punishable under

Section 306 R/w.149 of IPC.

Heard both the parties and perused the material on

record.

Brief facts of the case:- The first informant’s son by

name Kashappa aged about 40 years committed suicide by

hanging himself in the arecanut garden of one Shivaraj

Hanumantappa

Choudakkalavar,

Hallur

village,

on

the

intervening night of 01-02.11.2022. In this connection UDR

No.26/2022 was registered under Section 174 of Cr.P.C.

Subsequently, complaint was lodged by the father of the

deceased alleging that in the mobile phone of the deceased, his

deceased son has made a video stating that his wife and in laws

and two others are responsible for him to commit suicide. Based

on the said complaint, aforementioned case was registered

against the petitioners and two others.

Petitioner No.1 is the wife of the deceased.

Petitioner Nos.2 and 3 are the parents of petitioner No.1 and

petitioner No.4 is her brother. From the material on record, it

can be gathered that the marriage of petitioner No.1 was
