S.G.PANDIT J., DELIVERED THE FOLLOWING:

This

contempt

petition

is

filed

alleging

the

disobedience of the order dated 16.01.2023 in Writ

Petition No.105406/2021, wherein, this Court quashed the

order dated 19.06.2015 and extended the benefit granted

to the petitioner in Writ Petition No.100961/2018 dated

14.10.2021. In terms of the said order, the respondents

were required to reinstate the complainant into service as

a Gram Sahayak.

Learned AAG files memo dated 05.06.2023

enclosing office order bearing No.Sibbandi/Viva/106/2014-

15 dated 05.06.2023, wherein, the complainant is

reinstated as Gram Sahayak.

The said memo along with office order dated

05.06.2023 is taken on record. Learned counsel for the

complainant would not dispute the compliance.

In view of the compliance of the order by re-

instating the complainant, no further proceedings would

survive.

Accordingly, the further proceeding is dropped.
