Heard the learned counsel Sri Sachin M.Mahajan

appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional

Government Advocate appearing for respondents No.1 to

5. Respondent No.6 though served with the notice has not

chosen to appear.

The petition is filed challenging the provisional

selection list dated 12.07.2021 marked at Annexure-F in

respect of Mullagalli Anganwadi Centre and also the final

selection list dated 19.08.2021 vide Annexure-M selecting

the sixth respondent as the Anganwadi Worker to the

aforesaid Anganwadi Centre.

Challenge

is

also

laid

quash

endorsement dated 15.07.2021 at Annexure-G wherein the

Child Development Officer has issued an endorsement

stating that petitioner is resident at Shivaji Chowk and not

Mullagalli.

05.06.2021 is also challenged which is a communication

addressed by the Tahasildar wherein the Tahasildar has

held that the petitioner is not resident of Mullagalli and is

resident of Shivaji Chowk.

The petitioner has also prayed for a direction

to revive the provisional selection list dated 25.02.2021 at

Annexure-E
