This petition is filed by accused No. 1 under Section

439 of Cr.P.C. seeking bail in crime No. 172/2022 of Sub-

urban Police Station, Dharwad for the offence punishable

under Sections 354(A), 363, 376(J), 109 of IPC and

Sections 6, 8, 12 and 17 of POCSO Act.

Paying Guest Hostel and she is now studying in II PUC. It

is further stated that, accused No. 1 made a phone call

saying that, the college has started and believing the words

of accused No.1, on 24.08.2021, both she and her friend

Bharati came to college and the Seniors in the college told

that the college is not yet started and it will start after one

week. On the next day the victim girl asked permission of

accused No. 1 who is the President of the college to go to

market for shopping and at that time, accused No.1 himself

took her to Hubballi in his car, visited one unknown mall,

got purchased the clothes to the victim-girl and returned
