THE FILE OF THE PRL.FAMILY COURT AT MYURU, PARTLY

ALLOWING THE PETITION FILED UNDER SEC.125 OF

CR.P.C.

THIS RPFC COMING ON FOR ORDERS, THIS DAY,

2

O R D E R

1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a

memo for retirement enclosing the letter dated

11.06.2021 at the returned postal cover, which

has been returned with an endorsement that the

addressee has left the address.

2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

he is unable to contact the petitioner to receive

instructions and make his submissions.

3.

In view of the specific assertion made by the

learned counsel for the petitioner that the

petitioner has not contacted the said counsel and

also taking into account, the fact of return of the

letter sent by the learned counsel to the

petitioner, the memo for retirement is accepted

and the said counsel is discharged.

4.

In view of no action being taken by the

petitioner, it appears that the petitioner is not

3

interested in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the

petition stands dismissed.

5.

Liberty is however reserved to the petitioner to

approach this Court for recall of this order, if

sufficient grounds are made out.
