drove a tanker lorry bearing Registration No.TN-04-T-

1386 towards Mangaluru in a rash and negligent

manner so as to endanger human life and hit from

behind a Maruti Swift car bearing Registration No.KA-

19-Z-9710 as a result of which the said Maruti Swift car

Due to the impact, the said car dashed against an Omni
